"No control of appropriateness of the type of patient you evaluate. Hospice patients are picked up when census drops. Apparently people no longer have health care rights. Patients cannot refuse...they get harassed, lectured until they give in. You get to bill this as education. Management pressures you to keep patients past the DC date if census is low. My license means nothing to management. 98% productivity is impossible in an SNF setting. Prepare to document at home (not paid). Mandatory participation and money contributions to raffles. Micromanagement by poorly trained managers."
