"ThePlatform is a great environment to work in. Often the only issues is some departments can't easily promote you. In fact there is a department in particular that the only place you can go is out of the department to move up. I feel this makes the only goal in that department is to stop working for that department. I feel that this causes friction within the department."
"thePlatform strives to be an awesome place to work, and I think this is true in some departments in the company. However, career growth is limited. It is difficult to earn a promotion, and training is virtually non-existent. So, free food and company events are fantastic, but as a career path, maybe not as recommended."
