"I worked for TheMIGroup since 2004 and never was there a day that I didn't enjoy. Upper Management was attentive to employees needs Job had flexible hours to allow one to be with family, etc. Vacation days are more than usual company (3 weeks at start) Incentive program Company paid outings Overall TheMIGroup is a great place to work."
