As Chief of Operations for TheGrint, I have worked in this company since 2012 when it was founded by childhood friends, so the culture within the company has been focused around the people first. As a B2C project, we have always focused on developing a product based on our customer's needs and that is why today has become an essential tool in the course for amateur golfers. The company is excellent in terms of working environment, compensation and benefits. Everyone listens and opinions and feedback are part of a daily dynamic to run the business."
