"The Director of Nursing runs the whole building, because the administrator can't get away from his computer and cell phone, if either one of them don't like you, whether you are a good worker or not they will bully you until you quit. I would look elsewhere if placing an elderly person there. Once all the old housekeepers are gone there will be no one to look out for your relatives, to the STNAs it's just a job!! They don't care about what the elderly persons' needs are."
