"learning or training is making mistakes encourage others to do their best. instead of showing anger or simply show the way how things work."

What don't you like about working at The Washington Post?

"I do not like the way to identify the the best worker or who is working good or not. As a utility mailer I am judged by the for-man, all for-mans are different and the human mind are some times biased.so I do not like the way to measure the best worker."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"the management is good.every questions that I asked is immediately answered by the management.but for foreigners it is easy to present problems or suggestion physically instead of telephone because of lack of English language skill."
