"I trained here for 1 day and was asked to do things that were unsafe for me and for the residents. I was supposed to be training but instead the other caregivers left me on my own and told me to figure it out. I was told that I had to move a 300 + lb resident by myself even though she was considered a 3 person assist. I was told the next day I would be on my own and would receive no more training. This is my first CNA job; I am fresh out of school. When I called my supervisor to let her know what happened and that I needed more training, she acted like asking for more training was absurd. I chose not to go back because this place doesn't care for their employees, which means they probably also do not care for the residents."
