The University of Akron Employee

"I worked for the Help Desk for almost 2 years. It is a great place to start, as you can move up to other positions if you want, or you can maybe even be promoted to a lead tech. It provided great learning experience for problem solving and communication skills. It also provided work flow experience and teamwork experience. The only con I can think of is some troubleshooting with people who aren't familiar with tech or are in a bad mood."
