"Worst company to work for, ever. The company is family owned; the owners hired their daughter as upper-level management. There is no training, no management support, no room for growth, and no appreciation. You will be over-worked, under-appreciated, under-staffed, under-paid, and over-whelmed. Management always seems to be too preoccupied with conflict among the other management team to actually perform their jobs efficiently. I had heard horror stories before I started, but I figured that at least I could get some experience and training. Not the case here. Anytime that I went to management for advice on a legal employment issue, they would change their answer. Management was too busy holding meetings in an attempt to combat personnel issues to actually train the staff on important development skills such as legal compliance. There is a silver lining, you will appreciate the next job that you land as long as they remotely know what they are doing."
