The Savant Group Employee

"Having worked at Savant, I'd never recommend working here to anyone. The VP of Operations manages the company with an Iron Fist - he's in a constant power struggle with the CEO who he publicly dislikes - people frequently get caught up in their bickering - I've seen employees including managers fired after getting dragged into the interoffice politics which dominate the landscape at every meeting. Work conditions are harsh with long hours and little praise for a job well done. This is to say nothing of the office meetings which often start with a prayer and largely focus on how great the company was in the past since there is very little in the way of recent accomplishments."
