"I have been working for The Rouxpour for going on several months. Out of every restaurant job I have had, this is the first establishment to truly emulate what it is to go above and beyond. I was immediately impressed by the atmosphere of the environment, I loved how my coworkers made each other feel like family. It was great to know we had bosses and managers we could talk to, and who were always there to offer us constructive criticism when needed."
