"The owner of this company talks a big game, but seldom produces. When I left, I was using out-dated software, a computer operating system that couldn't even run a current browser, and previously set deadlines had completely dissolved, making every day a mad rush. Direct-mail clients were often shorted mail (hair cut) or bait and switched from hand-written addressing to inkjet."
