The Postcard Press Employee

"I worked with Postcard Press / Next Day Flyers for over 7 years. The people there are extremely dedicated and hard-working. They are so loyal that most of them have been there over 5 years, many over 10, since the company's conception. With proper management, the company could have grown so much faster, but the guidance just wasn't there. Recently the company was bought by Digital Room, Inc and they have a very different and even worse management style and terrible business ethic. They laid off every department that they currently outsource to the Philippines, and those that they hired on are kept in an environment of fear."
