"I worked at The Paws Resort and Spa part-time as a college student. The business is small and owned by husband and wife. Right from the get-go, I knew it was their passion to do this and I enjoyed that they sincerely cared about the dogs and cats that came through. Our guests well being was paramount. I would say it's 60% cleaning and 40% interacting with dogs. This job is not for people who abhor labor. This job is hard yet rewarding. Patience is a must-have and sometimes management and employees can butt heads, but the key thing is that communication is always possible."
