What don't you like about working at The Old Spaghetti Factory ?

"forced to work 2 or 3 stations by myself, company policies that hinder me (can't use gloves, can't keep drink in kitchen, can't use fan, can't eat unless working 6 hours or more), not notified earlier if going to close the line, yelled at, blamed for most things, expected to do several things at once when not physically able, hot kitchen, equipment isn't fixed till later when it breaks down, understaffed almost all the time, not able to get the hours/days that I need, employees are seen as expendable, managers only care about profit, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure everything is more organized, find ways to help workers do their job better, try to retain employees by solving any issues they have."
