The Mason Companies Employee

"I worked for Mason Companies for two years. Two different positions. Mason does not promote within without a lot of self-promotion. Depending on what department one works on determines the flexibility one would get. In my first position, there was no flexibility or working with one on schedule. When I left that position they were trying to be more accomodating."
