"I really enjoyed building my staff and creating a good working environment for them and leading them to better understand the department and the needs of the division. I was very disappointed with the support I received from senior management however and inexperience in other fields as to the needs of the accounting division. I was able to develop training and build internal policies and procedures to give greater knowledge to the outside departments and work directly with HOA Board of Directors to assist them in understanding their financials."
