The Leading Hotels of the World Employee

"I worked at Leading Hotels of the World in a leadership role for 18 months. I was recently furloughed due to COVID-19. I was responsible for leading the Operations team which was comprised of systems administration, standard operating procedures, and oversight of the Helpdesk. The company had 20 global offices based in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the US. The opportunity gave me exposure to many different SaaS-based cloud technologies including AWS and Azure. The leadership also allowed me to be hands-on and work closely with my engineers."
