"As a new employee I unknowingly stepped into a firestorm of unpreparedness. They hired me before hiring a CFO and CTO. After I was hired the CFO and CTO were hired and budget cuts happened. As a result salaries and other necessities were cut and as a result currently I am uneasy on the future of the company."
"I worked at the Jay Group for almost 10 years. While it was a pleasant place to work, I would not recommend it to anyone. Compensation is low compared to other Contact Centers and local companies. Management lost focus a long time ago and is a shell of its former self. Employees are not appreciated and are viewed as disposable. Nepotism is rampant and as a result an industry novice brought down the Contact Center within months as two major clients were lost."
