"If you are looking for the old Irvine company then stay clear, things have changed and Irvine Company is going downhill. Years ago that you see used to be a great company to work for, it was fun, had great benefits, good quality training, and the perks and compensation for their employees were top notch! Today none of that exists... benefits are still good but they no longer care about the little guy! They took away the apartment discount which caused an uproar, so they brought it back at a smaller rate and with many rules and stipulations that trap you! The culture of the company has changed and it has sucked the life out of all of us. It's all about the numbers and money these days and when more than a handful of corporate hot shots that have tenure over 15 years plus with the company all quit and leave... you don't turn a blind eye! Red Flags everywhere! All these changes and not one of them benefit the non corporate employee. Not to mention the management team is like going back to High School, a big click. If you want to move up in the company you better be BFF's with them or forget about it. It really is sad a company doesn't recognize performance over petty high school bullying of their employees. This company has potential to be great again but it starts with who they have managing their employees. Start cleaning house there and hire those who lead by example and then you might see some magic start to happen again."

"Every employee is just a number. I don't understand the ones who go back even after being laid off 2-3 times. The only thing that matters to the company is making the chairman money."
