"Being the only creative in a non-creative environment will always have its challenges. On the one hand, you are the one go-to resource and very valuable and on the other hand, they don't really understand the creative process. This is particularly apparent when changes and updates are required. Additionally, I started working here just weeks before the Covid lockdown so I never really got to experience the office culture."
