"The Company overall is growing. With that being said, there is a lot of improvement that is needed between the management and employees. There is a poor work/life balance here. There isn't much room for growth once you get acclimated. CEO and CFO don't really seem to care about the interests of their employees. It is a stepping stone to the next phase of your career but there is not any long-term growth for the individuals working at this company."
