The Garrigan Lyman Group Employee

"Pros: Excellent benefits package Cons: Work to life ratio is terrible, as a developer expect to work 100 hour weeks frequently with no overtime. Emphasis on getting projects out the door instead of performing quality work. Code reviews are a joke, QA rarely puts any effort into looking for bugs. PM's know next to nothing about web development even from a Project Management perspective. Pay is below average, they will try to low ball you whenever possible."

"Good money, tough atmosphere. Notoriously loud-mouthed CTO needs to relearn basic manners. Tragic. This company burns money faster than NASA burns jet fuel."
