"I was hired & trained on their model of working as a catalyst with the print reps. I was evaluated and told that I am pacing & performing well. A few months later, the hiring VP resigned, then a new VP came in, changed the model, fired me & others on my team to hire his old online sales reps from AT&T. After we were fired, they changed their model. I felt awful..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestions to management is to be consistent concerning what you expect from your employees. Since the model has changed, it appears that they are working at unifying both print and online sales efforts."
