"The commercial management group is a small minority company that employs 13 people and provides financial and full service property management to approximately 50 HOA and condominium communities. Most everyone in the company is overworked. There are very little tools in place to complete task efficiently. I managed 13 communities and completed monthly architectural inspections of 10 other communities. We had frequent meetings more that 2 times a week for 2 hours or more."
