"great culture and process driven leadership structure with engaged workforce"
"Good company to work for sustainability aware and people centered"
"Clorox is a world-class company in many areas such as employee well-being, safety, coaching and training. They expect a lot from their management team and they pay for performance."
"The company had a wonderful atmosphere. it was like we were all a family that worked together to be great."
"The company was a wonderful experience for me as a three-month intern. I got to learn and work at the same time. It's one of the few places where you are encouraged to fail, considering you are supposed to learn from them and become better."
"I have worked for the Clorox Company since 2008 at the corporate R&D hub in Pleasanton CA where they employ about 200-300 scientists. I admire and respect many of the the scientists I have worked with. The corporate environment is very conservative with major concern not to damage the brands. This can complicate new product innovation. The culture is one of decision making by meetings and consensus and while I had a great deal of freedom in planning and executing work, about monthly updates to all stake holders to obtain consensus on direction was necessary. Surprises are bad and I have seen meetings held to solemnize a decision that everyone attending had already agreed to prior to the meeting. I loved the working environment and felt that the scientists I worked with were supportive of my ideas and goals. My managers have also be of the highest quality and always appreciated my sharing differing view points about direction."
"Interesting projects. Flexibility in terms of understanding and being open-minded to what an Intern like me can do for the company."
"This is a nice company to work for and I would recommend to others."
