"Growing company, I like the CEO, I like being able to work from home, I like the variety of items that need designing. The compensation at the moment guarantees that this can only be a side job for designers, but as something to do for extra money on the side it's wonderful. One of the only real problems that I see is the lack of communication between the designer and the customer, having people relay information doesn't ever work with design, so things sometimes take much longer than they need to. As far as growing companies go however, this is the best one that I have been a part of."
