"There is a distinct separation of powers and what employees are empowered to. The CEO has purposely stepped back, but doesn't allow his managers to manage. He insists that he has to be present in all transactions although he doesn't want to be. Couple these attitudes with a lack of understanding of laws, work/life balance and sub-par benefits, and this employer doesn't resonate with a lot of individuals."
