Lawyers ask "What does that mean exactly, what is culturally fit? and you hired them with the intent they were fit for the company, why are they all of a sudden not a cultural fit?...The Black Tux believes they can combine this with the PA "AT WILL LAW" but if its retaliatory it does not hold up in federal court. The Black Tux believes that they can use this immoral, unethical, and unprofessional excuse to fire/ lay-off employees. If for any reason the employee has a possible lawsuit THE BLACK TUX will pay a 2 week severance pay, ONLY 2 weeks! so that you do not contact the E.E.O.C. nor the N.L.R.B by forcing you/ coercing you to do so and not ask if you would like a lawyer present, YOU SHOULD! The Black Tux hires temporary employees through Exact Staff and they treat their employees like less than a pulse to the point that recently in July 2018, temporary and company employees filed complaints with OSHA and more in order to make the new company warehouse located in Pittston, PA. 18640, safe and work friendly! The company may or may not be properly following suit with these federal government agencies, so please be sure to follow OSHA and the NLRB for future updates regarding THE BLACK TUX. The Black Tux also claims to hire within or internally, however they will conduct interviews for higher positions and still hire an external employee from outside the company as a temporary employee to even pay them less! The Black Tux & Exact Staff require authorization for pre-employment drug screening upon being hired, however it does not exist, they do not drug test like they legally claim. I am exercising my rights under THE FIRST AMENDMENT, "FREEDOM OF SPEECH" of the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION."
