"I've worked with The Betta Factory since Sept. 2013, the company is a new start up business. The company does have a lot of labor intensive jobs to perform due to the specialty items that they offer, not an easy task nor cheap business to run. The company really does need more man power and more financing to fully launch the company with more products. Overall, company is wonderful and they will do their best to provide what needs to be completely done."
