They don't dedicate enough attention to the workers on site, such as appearance - it would be adequet to provide laborers hi-visible vests and winter jackets. Projects exceed their time schedule, lacking of proper management. Looking to blame others rather then working together to solve important issues. Negative energy. And no bonuses."
