Trainer

"I have worked at Anteater Express for 3 years. The job requires us to safely operate a 40-foot electric bus to provide transportation for students attending the University of California - Irvine. When hired, I went through a 2-week training process in order to receive my Class B Commercial Drivers License. After roughly a year of working, you are able to be promoted to a Trainer for the incoming workers. Trainers are held to a higher standard than regular operators and must be able to work with minimal supervision. We are also expected to attend bi-weekly meetings to update the supervisors on new hire progress. This job is very unique and gives many personal skills that are helpful for future services."
