2.9I would reward my employees for doing well, I would give better shifts to better workers, and enforce the same rules for everyone. I would give my employees half of their ENTIRE meals. I would give them Thanksgiving and Christmas off. I would let them open their own cash drawers and split their own checks.
4.2TGI Fridays is a chain restaurant and as such has good and poor qualities (From a server/bartender standpoint). First and foremost, this company has a lot of deals such as endless apps that are designed to bring in more customers. This is a good thing however a majority of the time the people who come in for these deals are a younger crowd and don't know how to tip when they do get free meals and such. There is also a point system for customers who save up points and will get free meals and will only tip half of the meal because of the bill. Outside of that the managers at the aurora location are very nice and helpful. They will work with you if anything goes wrong and help to fix any problems the employees see or have. The company also has health insurance and discounted meals which definitely help. Overall I would rate Fridays a good job for people who need a good starting job.
4.1I have worked for this company for 4 years now and it was sufficient in helping me financially while I was studying in college. I think it is a good place to begin work for first time job hunters because they give you room and time to learn and grow.
