3.5 Overall the company is very knowledgeable in the fields they focus on. I worked there for several years straight out of college and overall was a good experience. Internally they have been going through a lot of changes the past year and that's when I noticed things weren't the same. The changes they are going through didn't appeal to me and the company is more of a "sink or float" kind of mentality which isn't fair given the circumstances and the workload. The position I was put in wasn't necessarily fair and I was never appreciated for the extra effort and time I put towards my job. Regardless I still believe they are a good company as long as you are given in a position to succeed.
