"Make sure all commitments are in writing."

What don't you like about working at Textron?

"The General Manager changed and he changed the approach to how I would be promoted. He had his own Quality Person in mind to run my newly certified Quality Organization."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay true to your commitments wherever possible and reward great achievements. I was brought on to get the company AS9100 Certified and I accomplished that on our 1st attempt. Previously, they failed their attempts."
