"I currently work for a manufacturing company. You have no control over your work style and have no opportunity for self-improvement or growth. You are constantly being managed you cannot use your break time when you want you are always managed on that, and the job they described when I signed on has nothing to do with what is asked of you which is simple to operate a machine and not improving or performing the tasks an industrial engineer would which are process improvement, upstream, downstream analysis, quality control, and etc."
"It's a new company with lots of highly motivated individuals. The company however has a long way to go in terms of organization culture, working style and treatment of employees by nurturing individual growth and retaining employees."
"I would like to be apart of this company. I would like to learn so much from it so it could help me grow"
