Texas Teachers Employee

"I have been with Texas Teachers for nearly 2 years, and have found the experience to be fairly average. The company pays for your benefits, which is nice. The job itself is not challenging, repetitive and there is very little room for advancement or growth. They are seemingly unconcerned with employee retention, as there is an endless "revolving door" of new faces every few months."
