"I started working for OIT at Texas Southern University on July 2019. I worked as a lab monitor and it was not hard at all, sometimes I would help students fix their personal computer just to have something else to do. I loved it but stopped working due to COVID-19"
"It is a school system with outstanding performance"
"I’ve been at TSU for a year and a half now it’s a great place to work very family-oriented. The job sometimes can be a challenge dealing with the students but it’s all a learning experience. I’m just ready for a new chapter in my life and to take that next step going forward."
"I've worked for Texas Southern for 3 years and haven't received a raise or any other opportunity for growth. Morale is low, and I don't see any improvements happening that will encourage hard-working employees to want to stay longer than they have to. Many great co-workers of mine have left the university in seek of a better work environment and opportunity."
"Very interesting"
