"Offer better training, more compensation for employees with the desire to learn."
"Since the majority of IT functions at headquarters in Austin were outsourced in July 2013, anything I say at this point would be moot. The Executive Director, Phil Wilson is leaving and he will be missed. The people are what make agency employment enjoyable. Everyone is helpful and friendly."
