"Aim high from the beginning in your position and compensation. Promotions and good salary reviews are far between unless you are part of the Klan. There is not adequate compensation and recognition for all position levels"

"I have not have to much luck finding management support for advancement. Not adequate or recognition for the work I perform."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The upper non-management positions need to be recognized for the work they do, they are the ones that really perform the work and need better balance the compensation accordingly"
