They expect excellence and quality work and their benefits are some of the best in the region. Keep in mind that they will expect you to go above and beyond 100% of the time. It can be exhausting and they do like to stretch that work-life balance sometimes to its limit. They are focusing very heavily on leadership development but are lacking a little in the technical development of its lower staff."
