  "I worked in the Saint Louis office of Red Lion and got along great with the managers and coworkers in that office splendidly. Senior management however seems sadly a little out of touch, not really knowing what we produce or the constraints we must work on. Our department was blamed on missed deadlines, despite not having requisite materials delivered on time, I couldn't get a yes or no response for getting a software license, and ultimately left because of upper managements lack of flexibility when they changed the terms of my employment."
