What do you like about working at Terrell Manufacturing?
"I have a flexible schedule where I can come to work sometimes after 8:00 a.m. with no questions asked. Lunch is provided by the company every day. I am allowed to go out to lunch with vendors which may take more than hour. I have my own key to the building. I am allowed to leave early and still get paid for 8 hours."
What don't you like about working at Terrell Manufacturing?
"I don't like the new location. I don't like the fact that the new owner has excessive perks where it financially hurts the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I am in management with this company and I would say only offer excessive CEO perks when the company is making money and able to afford the perk."
