"I worked with Terracon since 2014. It is a large employee-owned corporation that has good engineers, professionals, and great people. Corporate management is professional. Management on regional and local/office levels, however, consists of the same engineers and others that got promoted, not professional managers. They don't appreciate people, you have to work 60 and more hours a week to be successful. If you can do it, it's a place for you, if not, don't even start. Huge turnover."
