"Great learning opportunities, both technical and business wise. Due to the small size of the company we get al lot of exposure to different roles."

"Can be very rewarding place of employment if you are comfortable with learning a lot, work long hours in a fast pace environment."

"Limited growth. Spending more time recently taking over failed projects with limited budget to refactor code and turn them into winning applications."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Great people to work with/for. There have been a few projects that needed better specs and would have prevented us from going over budget."
