"Don't believe everything they tell you or promise you. The rules are always changing."

What don't you like about working at Terminix?

"How the company treats there employees. It used to be a close knit group of people at our branch, but over the years upper management has forced the branch managers to be less helpful, less friendly and forced them to treat employees less respect. They seem to go out of there way to prevent you from succeeding. Upper management tries to set rules from afar (MICRO MANAGING) that hamper our productivity by keeping us in the office instead of in the field."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You should take care of the veterans better. You bring people in off the street with no experience or loyalty to the company and pay them more than employees that have been there and who been loyal for years. I have never been in favor of unions, but if someone had a vote for one today, I would vote for it."
