"I am all about fixing what is broken, and there was enough repairs at the facility I was placed in charge of at SAIA."

"The opportunity to incorporate a new facility into the Saia network. The facility was part of an existing company that was purchased by Saia. I enjoy the challenge of getting the personnel into the new system."

"Fully accept the Saia culture and manner of operating."

"I feel it is best to work with existing personnel before making changes. Time invested in current personnel should be spent before making the change for new personnel."

"The company is good but needed better Sr. Leadership in many key areas."
