"The unknown. An overwhelming number of bids are produced offering a fair market return. So many are performing at the sub-level workmanship and offering below market prices that it is very challenging to forecast a work load / schedule."

"Hire 2 more me's. Capture more larger projects. Find a client base that appreciates true artisan workmanship and is not so dependent on the bottom line."
