"The Plant managers have to know the products. when companies place individuals in management with limited or no product knowledge is a formula for failure."

"Make sure you have a special ability or know somebody. They are so big it is difficult to discern which personality the company may have at a different office or time."

"The company was such a huge conglomeration of Companies bought-out, it was obvious that it took a very strong-willed Corporate Office to manage so many Independent Groups."
