"Terbine as a company has a great concept. Unfortunately, that's all this company seems to be. The potential is there but the execution is not. There is no room to grow within the company. There doesn't seem to be a business plan while the CEO is blinded by being a CEO to realize that the company has been stagnant for a while."
"The CEO, David Knight is a total "knightmare" who will jump down your throat at a moments notice often for things that are his fault or honest mistakes. He is a relentless micromanager, who often holds back necessary information. Everyone in the office is constantly walking on eggshells because at any moment he could start yelling at you or a coworker like they are a five-year-old for something that isn't even their fault. You can expect someone to be in tears or close to it at least once a day. They also expect you to be on call 24/7 through Slack and will not hesitate to drop a project on you, without all the necessary information late at night and expect it to be completed perfectly the following morning. They will lure you in with stock options and a good salary but believe me it's not worth it. Employees often quit or are fired without warning after a month or two."
"I've worked at Terbine for over a year. While the pay and benefits are good the management is not. Unfortunately, the CEO is a serious micromanager who will throw you under the bus to save his ego. You should expect to work 60+ hours a week, including weekends and will often have projects dropped in your lap with no notice and insufficient time to complete it properly. Job seekers beware!!"
"Terbine has an interesting product. I was very excited, at first. After only 2 weeks I became suspicious of why all the employees seemed a bit introverted or depressed. Then it hit me, like a ton of bricks."
"Terbine CEO David Knight is an awful person. An abusive bully that treats all employees worse than dirt."
